To POST a NEW message to the Board:
Fill in the form at: index.shtml.
To READ a message on the Board:
Go to: index.shtml. You may also use the Tips link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Click on the link under Subject.
To REPLY to a message:
Go to: index.shtml.
Click on the subject link under Subject.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Post your reply.
To READ YOUR REPLY:
The link given after posting your reply may not show the reply. If this happens,
go to: index.shtml.
Click on the subject link under Subject.
